Hey Hard Hat fam! So happy you’re reading this. As you probably saw on Facebook and or Instagram, or may have noticed, I took a break from THHG for the past several months. Long story short I had a mental health crisis and I decided something had to go. Between school, fighting a battle with mental health, and THHG I had to pick 2. And obviously THHG was unfortunately the one that had to go. It was a tough spot to be in, and I’ve really missed THHG. But, now I’m back and will be sharing more about my mental health struggle and what pulled me through. Mental health has a big stigma around it and THHG is here to share a story of struggling with, and fighting to overcome the beast mental illness is. Good thing I have my hard hat!
